Happy National Hispanic Heritage Month! The Hispanic community comprises over 19% of the U.S. population, 29% of NYC, and 27% of our school. The National Hispanic Heritage Month runs every year between September 15 to October 15 and here’s Top 8 Reasons Why and How We Celebrate It, explained by the Smithsonian Learning Lab.

Feliz Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana! La comunidad hispana comprende más del 19% de la población de los EE. UU., el 29% de la ciudad de Nueva York y el 27% de nuestra escuela. El Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana se celebra todos los años entre el 15 de septiembre y el 15 de octubre y aquí se presentan las 8 razones principales por las que lo celebramos y cómo lo celebramos, explicadas por el Laboratorio de Aprendizaje del Smithsonian.
